Pre-requisites
  • This course is designed for everyone tasked with the company sustainability responsibilities. Those currently employed with job scope need a recognized sustainability certification, and those who want to get employment that requires professional sustainability certification.
  • Upon completing the 2-days course, participants will have the chance to submit a two-year sustainability plan that will qualify them to earn the globally recognized Sustainability ESG Certification and become Certified Sustainability ESG Practitioners. The final assignment helps participants implement practical tools and use the knowledge gained practically.
  • For those without knowledge or experience in Sustainability, we strongly recommend that you take the one-day Sustainability Awareness course.

Henry has facilitated more than 500 SME digital and sustainability projects and initiatives and is a much sought-after speaker cum trainer on Digital Transformation, Sustainability, and Challenges.

Henry holds a Master's Degree in Quality Management and is responsible for driving sustainability and CSR programs in Asia Pacific and mentoring on Business Sustainability. Henry has practical experience in various Compliance to various sustainability frameworks, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Boards (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), UN Global Compact, UN sustainable development goals (SDGs), Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Electronic Code of Conduct (EICC), ISO26000.

Funding Information

The NTUC’s e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) funding aims to support Engineers and Professionals, Managers, and Executives (PMEs) in upgrading their skills and increasing their current competency level in relevant industries.


Terms & Conditions for e2i funding:

  • 70% of the course fees (excluding GST) for all Singaporeans and PRs only.
  • The participant must attain 100% attendance for the course. Otherwise, a full fee will be imposed.
  • Participants shall not receive any other funding from government sources in conjunction with this training grant.
  • Full personal details and NRIC are to be provided upon request for eligibility verification.

After the course, the trainee must fulfil ONE of the following

  • Job retention for three months
  • Evidence to provide for claims - 3 months salary slips or 3 months CPF contribution statement
  • Participants who failed to submit the evidence claim document would need to pay AgileAsia 70% of the course fees.
