Course Overview

As more and more organizations adopt Agile methodologies to deliver high values projects, proper training is only given to those who need to perform the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development Team, which usually make up 5% of the workforce. The remaining 95% of the support and operating staff must be trained in Agile processes, mindset, and practical skills to support the Agile Team.

Agile For Everyone aims to equip all the supporting staff with the right agile mindset and practical support skills to become a cohesive and high-performing Agile supporting team to contribute to building a Sustainable Agile Organization.

This course is designed for everyone working in an Agile environment who needs practical agile supporting skills to scale up their support to assist the Agile Team (Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development Team) to thrive in their digital transformation journey.

Funding Information

The NTUC’s e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) funding aims to support Engineers and Professionals, Managers, and Executives (PMEs) in upgrading their skills and increasing their current competency level in relevant industries.

Terms & Conditions for e2i funding:

- The participants must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents to be eligible for the grant.

- The participant must attain 100% attendance for the course. Otherwise, a full fee will be imposed.

- Participants shall not receive any other funding from government sources in conjunction with this training grant.

- Full personal details and NRIC are to be provided upon request for eligibility verification.

**After the course, the trainee must submit a post-training declaration**

- Has taken on new / expanded job areas/tasks/projects in scaling up their support to assist the Agile Team

- Company commit at the start of training to retain their employees for 0.5-month from the last day of training
